Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)

  • Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:

Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliable delivery, We ship orders using trusted carriers including UPS,FedEx & USPS. The shipping carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand periods
  • Parts n Auto is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are new or in like-new condition and remain in their original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We'll do our best to resolve it.
